Damiano, aka Damiart currently resides in Pantelleria, Italy where he works with glass and other translucent mediums to bring his digital designs to life.  His unique style is influenced by the Art Nouveau era and his use of optical art/illusions create mesmerizing effects on translucent surfaces.   As an avid traveler Damiano frequently travels abroad for inspiration.  During a trip to India he was pleased to discover that his work was very similar to the Mandala – a geometric “representation of the unconscious self.”  Damiano’s works have received international recognition and can be viewed at www.damianoferrara.it
